This 11KV 3 Core SWA Cable adopts semi-dry structure, which can greatly improve the smoke density performance compared with the traditional grease-filled optical cable, and the light transmittance can reach 65%, which is much higher than the international standard. The fire resistance of this product is guaranteed international test, which provides a higher level of safety for public places and flammable zones.

Product Description

This 11KV 3 Core SWA Cable is the same as galvanized steel wire, which is made by hot-dip method. It is a reinforcing material rather than a guiding material. Since the temperature of hot-dip plating is higher than that of galvanized steel wire, the strength of the 11KV 3 Core SWA Cable is lower than, and the plating process is required to be high, which is liable to cause discontinuous pinhole"defects. In addition, the aluminum-plated steel wire has been strongly competitive in the aluminum-clad steel wire at the same time, with obvious performance advantages. Equipped with advanced process, it can be an ideal facility used for emiconductive conductor screen, XLPE insulation, semiconductive insulation screen, copper tape metallic screen of each core, PVC bedding, galvanized steel wires armour (SWA) and PVC outer sheath and so on.
