1. The EPS Air cooling block machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC and Winview touch screen for automatic mould opening, mould closing, material filling, steaming, temperature keeping, air cooling, demoulding and ejecting.
2. Machine’s all six panels are through heat treatment to release welding stress, so that panels cannot deform under high temperature;
3. Mould cavity is made of special aluminum alloy plate with high-efficiency heat conduction, aluminum plate thickness 5mm, with Teflon coating for easy demoulding.
4. The machine set up high-pressure blower for suction material. Cooling is done by convection air by blower.
5. Machine plates are from high-quality steel profile, through heat treatment, strong and no deformation.
6. Ejection is controlled by hydraulic pump, so all ejectors push and return at same speed;

1. Main machine frame is welded by high-quality profile steel plate and strong rectangular tubes , ensure a strong machine structure from the base .
2. Processed by heating-treatment to release the welding stress, the machine frames is with high strength, non-deformation, and with and high resistance to the expansive force from high-density products.
3. In order to keep the rust away ,the machine will be processed by shot blast treatment or sand treatment . Then it is painted by several times anti-rust bottom painting and several times of anti-rust surface painting , which will achieve very good anti-corrosion performance and make the whole block molding machine with a longer lifetime .
4. The surface of the mould is made of special aluminum alloy panel or stainless steel sheet which can realize a high efficiency of heat conduction, favorable tensile strength and long service life.

The EPS shaping machine has many improvements compare to the basic type shape molding machine and the features are as follows:
■ Machine structure: All frame are welded by steel plate with high machine legs, greatly improve machines' stronger;
■ Filling system: Adopt normal pressurevacuum and high pressurized filling, hopper controlled by level sensor with double rotation chamber discharge;
■ Steam system: Adopt balance PID control valve with South Korea gauge, greatly improve accurate steam, and reduced consumption;
■ Hydraulic system: the hydraulic station is with cooling system to keep the oil temperature normal ;
