(2S,4S)-1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-4-(methoxymethyl)pyrroline-2-carboxylic acid is an antiviral agent and a velpatasvir intermediate. Velpatasvir intermediates are NS5A inhibitors in patients with hepatitis C (HCV) infection.At the same time, its clinical application is not affected by the degree of liver damage in patients, nor does it contain protease inhibitors, very safe, almost applicable to all clinical HCV infection patients.
